The significance of mindfulness interventions in the workplace is increasing internationally, taking into account their underlying benefits for mental and physical health as well as social relations. Where job uncertainty, continuous organizational changes, high work pressure, overtime, high productivity targets and customer aggression have become some of the common characteristics of many organizations; thus getting stressed out, depressed and exhausted are some of the common issues that employees undergo. Coping with work gets really demanding when such issues start to take its toll on employees’ physical and mental health.
